Since the beginning of 1815, weapon makers have forged sharp and hard blades at the Arms Factory in Zlatoust, decorated in a special way using the Zlatoust metal engraving technique. For the second century in a row, it is an independent form of Russian art.
The craftsmen approached their work with great inspiration, they decided to decorate the black leather hilt of the dagger with gold-plated wire. Such a hilt will be handy, and increased diameter of the hilt to the top in combination with a variable surface will prevent the dagger from slipping out. Damask steel blade has a pleasant graphite shade with a unique pattern of metal package. The surface of the blade is decorated with gold pattern. All-metal scabbard is cast from a metal alloy and decorated with handmade engraving. It is enhanced by three colors: silver, gold and black. The scabbard has a ring for attaching the dagger to a belt or strap.
The dagger is packed in a stylish wooden gift box and is ready for presenting. Handwork of Zlatoust masters, metal turners and engravers, the “Gold-plated Damask Steel” dagger is a luxurious version of a VIP gift for a man.
