The monolithic stone chessboard, standing on curly legs, is artfully decorated from natural rock, marble stones, krenoid and serpentine marble. Kreonid is a kind of marble with a high content of iron oxide (hence its pinkish tint). The playing field is contoured with black serpentine marble.
