The case of the set is decorated by a stone-cutting master with natural malachite. This is a natural gemstobe, it gives strength and self-confidence, helps to relieve tension when touching it, as well as make decisions. The “Eagle” set is named not by chance. The appearance of the writing set resembles a stone mountain, on top of which a golden eagle rises. It is a symbol of courage and strength.
The set includes a base for two pens, an office knife and a magnifying glass on individual bases, two business card holders and a large central element with two pencil boxes and a clockwork.
The set is handmade by craftsmen from Zlatoust. Stone elements are decorated with metal onlays covered with patterns using the Zlatoust metal engraving technique. For the second century in a row, the Zlatoust metal engraving is an original and rare kind of Russian craft. It was born at the beginning of the 19th century as a way of decorating author’s edged weapons made at the Armory founded by decree of Emperor Alexander I. Nickel plating and gilding emphasize the beauty of decoration and details.
