Tsuba is an exclusive product. This is an example of the engraver’s handmade work and a valuable collectible. The tsuba has a relief image of a sea dragon, which is a symbol of wealth, prosperity and royal dignity. On the front side of the tsuba, a dragon covered with golden scales holds a white pearl. And on the reverse side of the tsuba, a dragon, covered with rhodium with a blue tint, holds a black pearl. A pearl treasure mined from the bottom of the sea by a mythical dragon is a gift from higher powers to the owner of the katana.
The scabbard, made of beech, is decorated with decorative overlays on the front side, and embossed engraving on the reverse side. The overlays depict a lotus – a sacred flower, symbolizing the pinnacle of a person’s spiritual growth, and hieroglyphs-wishes: on the left – “wisdom, enlightenment”, on the right – “happiness”.
