The walking cane-stiletto of the masters of Zlatoust is an example of the Russian arms industry, an option of an elite souvenir, a representative men’s gift.
The cane is made by famous Russian weapon makers from Zlatoust. Since 1815, Zlatoust weapon makers have been making weapons for the army and navy. A distinctive feature is the manufacture of exclusive decorated weapons. These are Zlatoust weapon makers that make gift and award weapons for the first persons of the states. Especially for the President of Kazakhstan, Mr. N.A. Nazarbayev, Zlatoust masters made a decorated staff in a single copy.
A wooden cane may be disassembled into two parts – a stiletto and a trunk. The blade is made of high-carbon knife steel. Jewelry stones are inlaid in the metal mouth of the trunk. The ball-shaped handle is cast from a metal alloy with a wood insert. The cane has a metal tip. All metal elements of the handle and trunk are decorated manually with a floral engraved pattern. They are additionally plated with nickel and resistant gold.
The cane comes with a wooden gift box.
