Fruit dish is made of natural stone nephrite. The material of the barrel and arms is a copper alloy. Cast elements are made under the author’s sketch, in accordance with the design concept. Metal surfaces are decorated manually using jewelry techniques with a needle and a cutter.
These stages of creation include:
turning;
brush painting;
lacquer needle engraving;
etching;
cutter engraving;
polishing;
nickel plating;
gilding.
The most difficult process in creating a fruit bowl is cutting of parts from nephrite – the most durable ornamental stone which is difficult to crack.
Serving fruit in such a vase will turn into a gastronomic presentation.
The original work of the masters from Zlatoust, a handmade fruit bowl is an expensive gift. Many presidents have the author’s works of Zlatoust masters. The dish comes in a stylish wooden box and is ready for presenting.
