The Koran is a set of revelations and instructions spoken on behalf of Allah by the Prophet Muhammad, the holy book of Muslims. This edition of the Koran is a future heirloom.
There is a decorated metal plate on the front side. Its metal surface is manually decorated with ornaments using the Zlatoust technique of metal engraving. The surface is tinted with pure gold and inlaid with stones — faceted shining phianites. For the second century in a row, the Zlatoust metal engraving is an original and rare kind of Russian craft. It was born at the beginning of the 19th century as a way of decorating author’s edged weapons made at the Armory founded by decree of Emperor Alexander I.
The gift edition is printed on quality chalk-coated paper. Hard green cover. The Koran is written in Arabic, at the bottom of the pages are footnotes in Russian.
The Koran is packed in a stylish wooden gift box. Masters of Zlatoust are suppliers of decorative items for the main residence of the President of Russia — the Kremlin. Handwork of metal turners and engravers is a luxurious version of a VIP gift for a man — a leader, colleague, business partner for an anniversary, birthday, general or personal holiday.
